Hello there I just received two letters for a refund on my accounts after around 11 years of waiting and my accounts were closed many many years ago due to very high charges on my overdraft and missed payment as I don't hold any new bank cards because it was all closed down so far as I can tell my credit file got hamerd because of loyds tsb that's now tsb and now there saying the refund of around £2500 will never be refunded because now they want to keep the money to clear my accounts which was closed years ago and my credit file took a hamering from this bank and I suffered from depression and anxiety still do to this day.
